The base of his spine looks a little too bent in one place, the hands also are not complete, however overall I am happy with this pose.

The waist probably needs twisting a bit and the left arm needs re-positioning. His head is also at slightly the wrong angle when compared to the photo.

His legs need to be fixed, I think his left hand is correct, the right may need moving slightly to fix his wrist however.
